A couple of weeks ago, I was approached by Yuppiechef to develop and style this rainbow cake for one of their upcoming mailers.
It may look like a serious amount of work, but you really only need to make double this recipe in order to achieve your 6 different coloured sponges.
Covered in a white, light and fluffly cream cheese icing it really is a WOW cake when slicing the first wedge.
